Registration

Do I need to register before placing an order?

You do not need to register before placing an order. You may register to our mailing list as soon as you have finished shopping, or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you money for future purchases. Click here to register.

Why should I join your mailing list?

  • You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.
  • You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping bag so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping bag for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.

Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone. Click here to shop.

Do you restock items that are sold out?

Unfortunately we do not restock most of our items. Please visit our Back in Stock (not available yet) section to see what popular items we brought back to our online store.  Customer Service Team will need an item number/product code to confirm availability.

Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Order Status

How do I check on the status of my order?

  • You may view the status of your order by Clicking here to check on that status of your order.
  • Click on Track Order at the footer of the page. Make sure to have order # and email address available.
  • Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when
    1. Your order has been received or
    2. Your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us.
  • If you did not receive any confirmation emails, please check your email spam filter.
    1. Select GalaxySwagg.com as a trusted website domain in your spam filter.
    2. To avoid any duplicate orders, please go to your email to verify your order has been placed before resubmitting your order.
  • Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order status to change.

Why was my order cancelled?

  • Galaxy Swagg was unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled.
  • If your order has been canceled, please contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct. Afterwards, create a new order using the correct billing address.

How do I track my package after it has been shipped?

As soon as your package is shipped, you may receive an email notification confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website. Click here to track your package.

I Think My Package Was Lost Or Stolen, What Do I Do Now?

Galaxy Swagg is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.

Returns

What is your return policy?

Online purchases made through the GalaxySwagg.com are valid for exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days from the ship date. Your return form and invoice provide a postmark date that specifies the last day you have to return your merchandise by mail or to one of our stores.

HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Gift items purchased online through GalaxySwagg.com on or after November 13, 2017 are valid for return through January 7, 2018 or within 30 days from the ship date, whichever comes later. Refunds are available for online purchases returned by mail and will be credited to the original form of payment. All returns or exchanges are subject to Galaxy Swagg's Return Policy.

All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

Food items, sale merchandise, cosmetics, underwear, select lingerie and swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards / e-gift cards are all final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless required by law.

How soon will I receive a refund for my return?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. for returns from international and apo/fpo addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

Gift Cards

How do I check the balance of my gift card or e-gift card?

  • Email will be sent with the remainder amount available for use.

Does Galaxy Swagg replace damaged, lost or stolen gift cards?

Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. for returns from international and apo/fpo addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.

How do I redeem my gift card or e-gift card online?

During checkout, enter both the gift card number and pin on the back of the gift card. If your gift card or e-gift card balance doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your primary form of payment listed in your account, or to another acceptable form of payment at your request. If the total cost of the order is less than the balance on your gift card(s), any unused balance will remain on your gift card or e-gift card.

Can I redeem an e-gift card in a store?

What if I want to return an item I purchased with a gift card or e-gift card?

Keep your gift card until you receive your order and are sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You can return items purchased with gift cards in accordance with Galaxy Swagg return policy. The gift card will be credited for the total amount paid for the returned items only. If you no longer have the gift card, please contact our customer service.

Are there any fees associated with Galaxy Swagg gift cards or e-gift cards?

No. You will only be charged the face value of the gift card or e-gift card. Galaxy Swagg will not impose shipping or any other fees at any time.

Can I change the value of a gift card or e-gift card after I have purchased it?

No, You will not be able to change the value amount of the gift card once it has been purchased.

What if someone makes a copy of my gift card or e-gift card?

You must safeguard your e-gift card for your own protection. If someone makes a copy of your gift card or e-gift card and redeems it for the full amount, your card will have no value. No matter how many copies are made, the value of the gift card / e-gift card is tied to that gift card / e-gift card’s number. When that number is used, the value of the purchase is deducted from the e-gift card. If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your gift card / e-gift card, contact our customer service immediately. Any value that has not been used can be re-issued to you in a new gift card.

Can I pay with more than one Galaxy Swagg gift cards, e-gift cards and store credits?

Yes, You may use up to 10 gift cards per transaction. Enter the first gift card number and pin and click on the "apply" button. Then, a new entry box will display underneath for entering the following gift card number and pin.
